A new week means a new post for Collector of the Week here at The Art of Fatherhood. As a fellow geek and collector of all things Pop Culture I wanted to showcase some cool collections that dads share in our community. We love to see this passion in what people collect. In addition, we talk about the latest movies, sports memorabilia, a Sonic the Hedgehog comic book collection and video games that we are enjoying at the moment.
This Week’s Collector – Sonic the Hedgehog Comic Book Collection
This week’s collector is from Danny. He is sharing his Sonic the Hedgehog comic collection.
One day when my kids were playing video games, they asked me if I played video games when I was their age. I laughed a bit and then told them about my Sega Genesis. Sonic the Hedgehog was my favorite game. I dusted off the console and played it with them. To my surprise, they wanted to keep playing. After we played for a bit I showed them my Sonic comic books. They divided into reading them too. I check out your site and thought why not throw my comic collection into the ring. Thanks for sharing my story.
