John Marsh considered him the G.O.A.T. of swaddling. He is a dad of three kids. He took pride in the fact that his patented “All Time Swaddle” would have his kids sleep through the night. His wife, Sofia would roll her eyes when he asked parents if they wanted him to show them his swaddling techniques. Some would take him up on the offer while others would politely decline. John would say once those parents to be that declined his swaddling lesson became parents, they would call him up for swaddling tips. Him telling people that would be another reason for Sophia to roll her eyes.
From Swaddle To Bottles
John’s kids are older now and he is looking for a new project. He retired early from his job, but still wanted to keep busy. One of his new projects was making delicious meals for his family. He and his family love all kinds of foods, but Mexican food was the number one type of cuisine in the Marsh household. John’s quesadillas and burritos were the top dishes. One of his kids innocently said one night at dinner that his food was so good that he should open up a restaurant. Sophia saw the look in John’s eyes and knew that her son’s innocent comment will spark a restaurant endeavor for her husband. John jumped out of his dinner chair and yelled, “Yes. I will call it From Swaddles To Bottles!”
Order Up
After a few months of planning and construction, From Swaddles To Bottles was open. It was a family friendly restaurant. The main food was Mexican food, but there was a kids/adults menu that had burgers, dogs and grilled cheese dishes. The restaurant was a hit and John and Sophia even created themed merchandise. One was a nod to the inspiration for the restaurant. It was a baby blanket and hat that was designed like a tortilla. There were tips on how to perfectly swaddle your baby that John was happy to add with the baby blanket.
