Golf Dads Helping Out Communities

Jordan Spieth

The Jordan Spieth Family Foundation offers a platform for Jordan to lend time, help grow awareness and offer financial support. They do this in for four philanthropic areas. They are individuals with special needs, junior golf, military families and veterans, and pediatric cancer. The Foundation seeks to partner with programs that close the gap for those with cognitive or neurological special needs. Therefore they are ensuring these children and young adults have access to developmental programming and vocational opportunities. This will help to expand their communication, self-help, and social skills. They focus on pursuing partners that create developmental opportunities and promote inclusion for the intellectually disabled.

Tony Finau

The Tony Finau Foundation aims to empower and inspire youth and their families. Therefore they help to discover, develop, and achieve the best of their gifts through education, wellness, and recreation. Their foundation believes in lifting each other up, supporting each other’s dreams, and sharing our successes. In addition, they give kids and their families the tools they need to discover their passions and drive forward into their futures with confidence.

Ryan Palmer

For over 20 years, the Ryan Palmer Foundation has continued to grow and help children through various programs within Amarillo and the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. Immediately after earning his PGA Tour card in 2003, Ryan Palmer turned to his family and friends who had supported him in his journey, and together they worked to form the Ryan Palmer Foundation. Ryan’s initial words were, “What I want from the foundation is to create opportunities for young people – like I’ve had throughout my life. This is my chance to help children and give back to the communities who have supported me.”

Rickie Fowler

The Rickie Fowler Foundation is a non-profit organization established by professional golfer Rickie Fowler. Its primary goal is to promote golf and make it accessible to young people who might not otherwise be able to afford to play. Established in 2011, Rickie’s foundation is looking to help aid both the Japanese and Native American communities. The Foundation focuses on expanding educational opportunities surrounding each separate heritage and offers opportunities for at-risk youth.
