This week for the These Dads Are Doing It Right series I want to highlight the Fathers Forever Group. Fathers Forever is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that serves as a map to help fathers chart a new course of fatherhood. Therefore they are all about healing fathers and saving families. Glen Warren – Founder
Glen Warren is the Founder and Executive Director of the non-profit organization, Fathers Forever. He has been involved in the empowerment of men for over 25 years as a facilitator of various conferences. He looks to encourage and empower men to discover the combination to unlocking their future. In addition, Glen understands the power and necessity of fathers being a contributing, positive presence in the lives of their children. He is committed to enabling men to be co-parents to their children. That is the very reason he founded Fathers Forever.
Jay Nolfo – Fathers Forever Board of Director
Jay is a dedicated professional with a B.S.B.A. in Marketing & Management from the University of Missouri. As a Special Projects Manager and former Assistant Store Manager at Wal-Mart, he brings expertise in business strategy and data analysis. A proud 2012 graduate of Fathers Forever, J. is a passionate advocate for fatherhood and family empowerment. He serves as a Focus Coach and Board Member, leveraging his skills to strengthen our mission. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, J. is a devoted husband to his wife, Sarah, and father to three children.
Pastor Ricky L. Harrell – Fathers Forever Board of Directors
Pastor Ricky L. Harrell, a Saint Augustine College graduate, is the founder of Christ Worship Center Church (CWCC) and New Destiny Community Development Corporation Inc. in Hope Mills, NC. CWCC’s mission is to worship God, love people, and reach the world, while New Destiny focuses on outreach through food banks, holiday drives, and summer programs. Married to Dr. Brenda Harrell for over 30 years, they have four children who share their passion for building God’s kingdom.
Glen Warren II – Operations Manager
Glen Warren II helps to provide resources and information. In addition he looks to make sure their 12-week/24-hour curriculum empowers dads. He helps oversee the curriculum, titled “The Joys and Responsibilities of Fatherhood.” Lastly he helps provide strategies to assist fathers in becoming more financially responsible parents. He and Fathers Forever help by assisting them in finding jobs and developing a structured child support payment plan to support their children.
