Collector of The Week – An NFL Helmet Collection 

A new week means a new post for Collector of the Week here at The Art of Fatherhood. As a fellow geek and collector of all things Pop Culture I wanted to showcase some cool collections that dads share in our community. We love to see this passion in what people collect. We talk about the latest movies, sports memorabilia, NFL helmet collection and video games that we are enjoying at the moment.

This Week’s Collector – An NFL Helmet Collection

This week’s collector is from Alan. Alan is a football fan. His main team is the Colts, but he started a mini football helmet collection. Here is his story. 

I saw your article on from the Bears fan and wanted to share my collection. I am a fan of the NFL. My favorite team is the Indianapolis Colts. Now with fantasy football I do root for other teams whose players are on my fantasy team. When I was a kid I collected helmets from the 50 cent machines at the grocery store. Now as an adult I wanted to collect the mini Riddell helmets. I really enjoyed picking most of these up while traveling for work. It was a fun adventure getting them all.
