A new week means a new post for Collector of the Week here at The Art of Fatherhood. As a fellow geek and collector of all things Pop Culture I wanted to showcase some cool collections that dads share in our community. We love to see this passion in what people collect. In addition, we talk about the latest movies, sports memorabilia, a Curtis Martin football card collection and video games that we are enjoying at the moment.
This Week’s Collector – Curtis Martin Football Card Collection
This week’s collector is from Bill. He is sharing his Curtis Martin football card collection.
My parents and I are fans of the Pittsburgh college football team. One of the biggest standouts from that college was Curtis Martin. When he got into the NFL I would root for whichever team he would play for that season. I started collecting his football cards. My dad and I would go to card shows and I would eagerly run to each table looking for more of his cards to add to my collection.
