A new week means a new post for Collector of the Week here at The Art of Fatherhood. As a fellow geek and collector of all things Pop Culture I wanted to showcase some cool collections that dads share in our community. We love to see this passion in what people collect. In addition, we talk about the latest movies, sports memorabilia, an E.T. memorabilia collection and video games that we are enjoying at the moment.
This Week’s Collector – E.T. Memorabilia Collection
This week’s collector is from the Danny. He is sharing his E.T. memorabilia collection.
One of my fondest memories was when my grandparents would take me to the movies. One of the movies that stayed with me to this day is E.T. I loved everything about that movie. Upon my parents and grandparents hearing me talk about that movie all the time, they would shower me with books, toys, poster and anything with E.T. on the cover. My family and I recently had a movie night and I got to pick the movie. So naturally, I was beyond thrilled to show my kids one of my all tine favorite films. Thankfully they liked it. Maybe not as much as me, but they liked it.

Thanks for sharing your story, Danny. I enjoyed your story and collection.
Whatcha Got?
It can be comic books, bottle caps, records, helmets or whatever you are into! I want to see what your passion is and why you started up that collection. For me, I believe that in each collection lies a better story. I want to share your story! Feel free to reach out to me and share your collection. In addition, if you enjoyed this post check out another Collector of the Week article.
