A new week means a new post for Collector of the Week here at The Art of Fatherhood. As a fellow geek and collector of all things Pop Culture I wanted to showcase some cool collections that dads share in our community. We love to see this passion in what people collect. In addition, we talk about the latest movies, sports memorabilia, a NHL hat collection and video games that we are enjoying at the moment.
This Week’s Collector – NHL Hat Collection
This week’s collector is from Roy. He is sharing his NHL Hat Collection.
I started collecting NHL hats from a dare from my friend. We went to a New Jersey Devils game and I purchased a hat at the stadium. He asked me why I got that hat since I am not a Devils fan. I told him that I really enjoyed the design. He and I were going back and forth about the hat during the game. I told him that every time I go to a city that has a hockey team, I would pick up a hat. He said I would never do that. So we put a bet on it. The end result is the a decent hat collection.
