A new week means a new post for Collector of the Week here at The Art of Fatherhood. As a fellow geek and collector of all things Pop Culture I wanted to showcase some cool collections that dads share in our community. We love to see this passion in what people collect. In addition, we talk about the latest movies, sports memorabilia, a soccer jersey collection and video games that we are enjoying at the moment.
This Week’s Collector – Soccer Jersey Collection
This week’s collector is from Luke. He is sharing his soccer jersey collection.
The World Cup inspired me to write you, Art. My kids were surprised to see how much I liked football, or soccer as we call it here in the U.S. I had them sit down with me to watch the games in June and July. It took a bit of time for them to really enjoy, but when they did they wanted to wear the gear they see on TV. I pulled out my jersey and they were so psyched. I am glad to see them wearing my jerseys and wanting to learn more about soccer.
