A new week means a new post for Collector of the Week here at The Art of Fatherhood. As a fellow geek and collector of all things Pop Culture I wanted to showcase some cool collections that dads share in our community. We love to see this passion in what people collect. In addition, we talk about the latest movies, sports memorabilia, a Wayne Gretzky hockey card collection and video games that we are enjoying at the moment.
This Week’s Collector – Wayne Gretzky Hockey Card Collection
This week’s collector is from Billy. He is sharing his Wayne Gretzky hockey card collection.
My mom and grandma got me into hockey when I was growing up. My dad got me into baseball. When every I went to visit my grandma, she would have a few packs of hockey cards. We would watch a games together after dinner and have ice cream sundaes. Those memories are one I cherish forever. We would talk about our favorite players. Mine was and still is Wayne Gretzky. Here are a few of my cards from that collection. Thanks for letting me share them on your site.
