Lubbock, TX born and Austin based country singer/songwrter Josh Abbott fronts the Josh Abbott Band. He balances his hectic life at home with two children under the age of three. He and is wife are blessed with his second child that was born this summer. You are likely to find Abbott on a ZOOM meeting with his baby on his lap. Josh is strategizing on his album release campaign with his daughter in the backseat of his truck. He cherishes his dad role. He is also excited for his new album that releases this November 13th. His 5th album, The Highway Kind breaks free from the cowboy state of mind. It looks to take time to slow down. He reflects on the glories of life, family, and his pursuit of happiness.
