Born and raised in Washington, D.C., AJ tragically lost his father to gun violence at the tender age of 4. Despite the challenges he faced, AJ’s spirit remained unbroken. Therefore he committed himself to becoming the kind of father he wished he had. As a father of three, AJ has emerged as a steadfast advocate for positive and transformative fatherhood experiences. Through the “Just My Baby Daddy Podcast,” he lends his voice to discussions about fatherhood. He and his co-host, Eli Everett focus on parenting, and the intricacies of navigating the world as a Black father. Eli and AJ Adams are the dads who run Just My Baby Daddy podcast. It’s time for Black fathers to have transparent conversations about fatherhood and share our stories, journeys, and experiences. Eli knows that Black dads are present, active, and vital to the development of our children. In addition since the narrative has never been shared from the male perspective, until now. Eli and AJ share that not all of us are absent or “baby daddies”. They share stories that are unique and layered and need to be shared. He brings an undaunted spirit and invaluable leaderships skills honed as an Army Cavalry Scout. This is a role he served with distinction, on combat deployment in Iraq. Therefore, his strategic leadership has been instrumental in creating effective policies. Plus, he is providing enriching resources, and fostering community growth and involvement. Jon is a husband and father of two amazing boys first. In addition, Jon is a social entrepreneur who helps people live life in the front row. He has a passion is speaking, coaching and running live events. Plus, he wrote a book, The Front Row Factor: Transform Your Life With The Art of Moment Making.
