A new week means a new post for Collector of the Week here at The Art of Fatherhood. As a fellow geek and collector of all things Pop Culture I wanted to showcase some cool collections that dads share in our community. We love to see this passion in what people collect. In addition, we talk about the latest movies, sports memorabilia, a Looney Tunes toy collection and video games that we are enjoying at the moment.
This Week’s Collector – Looney Tunes Toy Collection
This week’s collector is from Carl. He is sharing his Looney Tunes toy collection.
My childhood memories are filled with Looney Tunes cartoons. Those characters like Bugs, Daffy, Porky and others cracked me up. I would laugh out loud when me and my siblings would watch together. Now as a dad I found ways to connect my childhood with their childhood. They love the kinder chocolates. One season they had Looney Tunes as the prize. They could get the candy and I would get the toy. We share the toys of course, but it was cool to see the Looney Tunes make a comeback.
