This week for the These Dads Are Doing It Right series I want to highlight some famous chefs who are great dads. These dads are known for their culinary skills, but they love being dads. Duff Goldman
Duff Goldman is a chef and artist known for his dazzling, creative approach to food. In addition, he has awesome stories describing the simple science of baking. On the hit Food Network show Ace of Cakes Duff welcomed viewers into his innovative cake shop, Charm City Cakes. That is where his team of pastry chefs and artists create spectacular custom cakes. You can watch Duff mentor the next generation of bakers on Food Network’s Kids Baking Championship. On his new cooking show Ace of Taste Duff shows off his culinary skills as a classically trained chef. On that show you see new twists on crowd-pleasing recipes for the whole family. Jose Andres
José Andrés is a world-renowned Spanish-American chef, restaurateur, and humanitarian. He created a tapas craze in the United States. Yet more importantly founding the disaster-relief organization World Central Kitchen. Jose and his wife, Patricia have their three daughters. He oversees nearly 40 restaurants globally. He founded the World Central Kitchen in 2010 after the Haiti earthquake. World Central Kitchen provides freshly prepared meals to communities in the wake of natural disasters and humanitarian crises.

David Nayfeld
David Nayfeld worked with some of the best chefs in the world before co-creating Back Home Hospitality. In addition he helped with the opening the group’s first restaurant, Che Fico, in San Francisco. It was named one of the best new restaurants in America by Bon Appétit and Esquire. He is also the chef and co-owner of Che Fico Parco Menlo, il Mercato di Che Fico, and Che Fico Pizzeria. Additionally, he was Star Chefs’ 2019 Rising Star Chef. David Chang
David Chang is an influential American chef, restaurateur, author, and television personality. He is the founder of the Momofuku restaurant group. It is recognized for popularizing modern Asian cuisine globally, earning multiple James Beard Awards. In addition, he created the Netflix series Ugly Delicious. Born to Korean parents in Virginia, he previously worked in finance and taught English in Japan. Plus, he attended the French Culinary Institute in NYC. Chang is widely recognized for his innovative approach to food. He is is known on bold flavors. In recent years, exploring culinary innovation through fermentation and Koji at his restaurants.
