My wife is a Friends fan and loves the Friends Cookbook. I remember watching Batman: The Animated Series back in the day. Amanda has worked extensively in both critically acclaimed Californian and Danish restaurants while operating a community-based supper club called Five & Dime. She was also the assistant and sous chef to James Beard award-winning chef Bryant Terry. Her diverse culinary experiences include a focus on health, nutrition, Californian cuisine, soul food, Mediterranean cuisine, and Middle Eastern cuisine.
