Jason and Devin McCourty sit down with me to talk about their fatherhood journey. We talk about what life lessons they have learned from their kids. About Jason McCourty
Jason McCourty is a host of NFL Network’s Emmy Award-winning show Good Morning Football, which airs Monday-Friday at 7:00 AM ET. McCourty joins NFL Network following a 13-year NFL career during which he amassed 18 interceptions in 173 career games for four teams. A sixth-round draft pick in 2009 out of Rutgers University, McCourty spent the first eight seasons of his career with the Tennessee Titans. After playing the 2017 season with the Cleveland Browns, McCourty was traded to the New England Patriots, reuniting him with twin brother Devin McCourty. He spent three seasons with the Patriots, becoming the first set of twins to play in and win a Super Bowl when New England defeated the Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl LIII. McCourty spent the 2021 season with the Miami Dolphins before officially announcing his retirement on Friday, July 15.
About Devin McCourty
Devin McCourty spent his entire career as a member of the New England Patriots, playing 13 seasons as a defensive back and helping the team win Super Bowls XLIX, LI and LIII. McCourty earned All-Pro honors three times and was a two-time Pro Bowler. He owns the NFL record for most career playoff games started by a defensive player (24). New England selected McCourty with the 27th overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft out of Rutgers University. McCourty broke into the broadcasting world with “Double Coverage,” a podcast he co-hosted with twin brother Jason McCourty from 2018 to 2020 when they were both members of the Patriots. He also has contributed to NFL Draft and pre-game coverage for CBS Sports and was a guest host on NFL Network’s Good Morning Football earlier this year.
