This week’s for the Dads Doing It Right series I want to share with you some dads who are examining fatherhood. These dads are doing this through podcasts, blog posts and YouTube videos. They are doing this to be great dads. If there are any other dads that you think we should check out leave their name and info in the comment section below.
Will Braunstein – Examining A Dad’s Path
Will Braunstein started A Dad’s Path to learn what it takes to be a good father. In his podcast, he shares what he’s learning along the way. Fatherhood is the most challenging and most important job you will ever have. His podcast helps you stay confident, in control, and recover quickly when things go wrong. They are real dads solving everyday problems together so you never have to be alone. Check out his podcast here.
Dave – Mostly Dad
Dave created the site mostlyDad. It is a blog for guys who are many things but mostly just dads. He is a software engineer, a science fiction author, a technology lover, a fitness fanatic, and the main cook in the family. He also cleans the house! Therefore it is in service of his main job: being a dad to his two kids and a husband to his wife. If that’s you, too, then stick around, say hello, and join our crazy community of guys grinding out days in the most rewarding, worst paid profession of all. Go to his website here.
Tor Dev – And I’m The Dad
Tor de Vries created the site, And I’m The Dad. He feels that his family constantly amazes him. His kids and wife say things which make him think, “If I don’t write this down, I will kick myself later.” So this blog is insurance against self-inflicted injury later in life. He started writing over at his site since 2011. He covers fatherhood, education, travel and more. Go to his site here.
Richie Williams – St. Louis Dad
Richie shares his experiences of being a parent, specifically a dad. The focus of this site is for other parents that may want a different perspective on things. The ultimate goal with this site is to hopefully inspire new and seasoned parents. During the day he works as a network administrator for a local school district. At night you can find him illustrating books, working on websites, or creating music. Yet, most likely he will be spending time with his kids. Over the last few years being a dad he has learned a lot about parenthood and his site at stlouisdad.com is where you can see his story.
