Great Baseball Dads

Rodón Family Foundation

For Carlos Radón, he loves helping others. His foundation is founded by him and his wife Ashley. They are inspired by our deep belief in helping others. They use the Chinese Proverb that says, ”If you want happiness for an hour, take a nap. If you want happiness for a day, go fishing. In addition, if you want happiness for a year, inherit a fortune. If you want happiness for a lifetime, help somebody.” These words could not ring more true to them. There is a profound need within them to seize the opportunity to make a difference in peoples lives. The things that bring them so much joy and come up in daily conversation is the love they have for their children. They hope to impact communities by bringing the joy of children to countless families via The Willow Grant. They look forward to making an impact in the communities they hold dear to their hearts and beyond.

Sheffield Family Foundation

The mission of the Sheffield Family Foundation is to enrich, influence and inspire the lives of youth. They do this by providing resources, exposure and opportunity for the arts, sports and educational programs. They look forward to impacting the lives of hundreds of youth and teachers for many generations to come. You can help support their foundation. It will allow them to provide youth with a once in a lifetime opportunity and access to resources in many communities. They want to thank anyone who supports of the Sheffield Family Foundation.

Crain Family Foundation

The Crain Family Foundation is passionate about assisting families and children who are in financial hardship due to unforeseen life events.  They want to help these families and children have experiences and help to alleviate the financial burden. Anderson Family Foundation

The purpose of Anderson’s League of Leaders is to build leadership characteristics within the youth of the community. They especially focus in on circumstances associated with violence That covers domestic, gang, and guns violence. Through aid, service, scholarship, and mentorship, Anderson’s League of Leaders aspires to bring positivity, safety, and unity to the community. On May 7, 2017, after celebrating the graduation of one of his best friends, Branden Moss, a 2012 Hillcrest High School graduate, died while helping a victim of a brutal, violent beating. While trying to help the assault victim, Branden was shot several times and killed. This senseless act of violence initiated the founding of Anderson’s League of Leaders, an organization dedicated to continuing the legacy of Branden Moss.
