A new week means a new post for Collector of the Week here at The Art of Fatherhood. As a fellow geek and collector of all things Pop Culture I wanted to showcase some cool collections that dads share in our community. We love to see this passion in what people collect. We talk about the latest movies, sports memorabilia, LEGO, comic books and video games that we are enjoying at the moment.
This Week’s Collector – An Incredible DC Comics LEGO Mini-figure Collection
This week’s collector is from Chad. He reached out to share his fantastic DC Comics LEGO Mini-figure collection. He and his kids enjoy putting LEGO sets together. Here is what he had to say about this collection.
I loved playing with LEGO’s when I was a kid. I had a few sets and would spend hours creating my own characters and stories. Now I share my LEGO’s with my kids. They have their own sets too. We enjoy getting the mini-figure packs at the LEGO store or stores that carry the mini-figure bags. My kids and I are really good at “figuring” out (dad joke) which character is in each bag. When LEGO comes out with DC mini-figures bags we make sure we get all of the figures. Thanks for letting me share my collection on your website.
Thanks for sharing Chad. That is a cool story. You and your family have an impressive LEGO collection. I also give you a tip of the cap for the dad joke.
It can be comic books, bottle caps, records, helmets or whatever you are into! I want to see what your passion is and why you started up that collection. For me, I believe that in each collection lies a better story. I want to share your story! Feel free to reach out to me and share your collection. If you enjoyed this post check out another Collector of the Week article.
