Reebok Brings Back The Iconic Pump Omni Zone II This Friday

One of the coolest shoes in the world is making a comeback this week. Reebok’s Pump Omni Zone II is one of the all time greats in the world of kicks. The white, orange and black colorway is available this Friday. Growing up as a kid in the 80’s and 90’s I was part of the generation who was obsessed with sneakers. When we saw NBA players like Dominique Wilkins and Dee Brown rock the Pump Omni Zone II we wanted to be just like them. Wilkins who wore it in his 1990 Slam Dunk Contest win. The following year Brown wore the Reebok Omni Zone Pumps when he made the iconic no-look dunk. Everyone in the crowd and at home went nuts. Before Brown took off for the dunk he gave his shoes a few pumps before taking off. Dee had so much swag that night.

Thanks to the sneaker craze making its own comeback we get to see companies like Reebok bring back some our favorite kicks from back in the day. I can’t wait to see what Reebok will have coming out next!
