This week’s for the Dads Doing It Right series I wanted to share some fatherhood websites that you need to check out. These dads are sharing their fitness journey to inspire others out there to get healthy. Make sure you read their work, their website and follow them on social media. FitDad Chris – Sharing His Fitness Journey 

Chris Azzari runs this site. It helps to keep him motivated to stay in shape and help others do the same. Chris feels that accountability is a great thing! Steve – Fit Dad Nation 

This site is a resource for dads who want a place to learn more about how to get fit. Steve shares how you can become healthier and get their mojo back. His site is there for those who are looking to become the best versions of themselves. His site and community has more than 25,000 dads who are part of our community here. Scott – Canadian Fit Dad 

Scott lost 110 pounds. He is looking to help others become a fit dad. Scott is the Co-Owner of a gym. He also looks to bring awareness to the benefits of meal prep and using supplements. To top it all off he is an MMA Strength and Conditioning Coach. He also is a Personal Trainer, Olympic Lifting Coach, Sports Coach, but most importantly, he is a Dad. Darren Kirby – Fitter Healthier Dad 

Darren Kirby feels that going to the gym and diets to lose belly fat and weight for 40+ Dads and Men don’t work. He came up with a way specifically designed for busy dads in their 40’s.
