Scott lost 110 pounds. He is looking to help others become a fit dad. Scott is the Co-Owner of a gym. He also looks to bring awareness to the benefits of meal prep and using supplements. To top it all off he is an MMA Strength and Conditioning Coach. He also is a Personal Trainer, Olympic Lifting Coach, Sports Coach, but most importantly, he is a Dad.
