Dad Shout Out! – Making Healthier Food For His Father 

Last year, I started the Dad Shout Out column. From time to time I share some fantastic dads that are putting maximum effort when it comes to fatherhood. This time I wanted to give a Dad Shout Out to a dad who is helping out his own dad. Johnny Fauver wanted to help his dad who was trying to make healthier food choices. Johnny’s dad was the type of dad who was too busy to stop and eat lunch. When he got home, time again would get away from him and he would eat four bowls of cereal and call it dinner. I need to be aware of those changes. I want to be around for my wife and kids. In addition, I want to be active by working out and going on hikes with my family. My choices are not only for me, but I feel like I am setting an example for my kids.
