A new week means a new post for Collector of the Week here at The Art of Fatherhood. As a fellow geek and collector of all things Pop Culture I wanted to showcase some cool collections that dads share in our community. We love to see this passion in what people collect. In addition, we talk about the latest movies, sports memorabilia, a Nightwing comic book collection and video games that we are enjoying at the moment.
This Week’s Collector – Nightwing Comic Book Collection
This week’s collector is from Jerry. He is sharing his Nightwing comic book collection.
Batman and DC comics are my jam. I enjoy all things Batman. TV shows, films, comic books are things I devour since my teenage years. One of the offshoots that I got interested in was the Nightwing series. It is fascinating to see a hero in the making go out on his own. It kinda can be tied to parenting. Batman teaches the first Robin how to stop crime and as Dick gets older he goes out on his own. It is very interesting. Most of the writers do a good job of keeping that Gotham lore into this series. Here is a few comics from my collection.
