Collector of The Week – A Marvel Card Collection 

A new week means a new post for Collector of the Week here at The Art of Fatherhood. As a fellow geek and collector of all things Pop Culture I wanted to showcase some cool collections that dads share in our community. We love to see this passion in what people collect. In addition, we talk about the latest movies, sports memorabilia, a Marvel card collection and video games that we are enjoying at the moment.

This Week’s Collector – A Marvel Card Collection

This week’s collector is from Jacob. Jacob is sharing his Marvel card collection. 

I am guessing I am around your age, Art. I enjoy reading this week column and wanted to share some of my card collections. My kids like going through my collectibles and ask so many questions. We are watching the movies in the MCU and a week ago I brought out my Marvel card collection. My kids asked about how old these cards were and what my parents thought of my hobby. I told them I really enjoyed collecting these cards because I was a fan of all of these heroes and villains. I even traded some with my friends to complete some of the sets. Looking at these cards brought a lot of fond memories back to me and I was able to share them with my kids.
